We provide logistical planning with all vendors so we can get you past the planning process, and into a well devised execution plan, allowing brides and grooms to fully experience their day, the one they have been planning and dreaming of for so long! I execute weddings that couples have been dreaming of!
I meet with brides and grooms over several months to get to know all the wonderful arrangements they have made for their big day!
First, I begin my process by getting familiar with the big players of the day: venue, photographer, DJ, caterer, and more.
Next, I visit the venue! Here is where the layout of the ceremony and reception is relayed by the couple to me! It's where I LEARN your wedding! Sketches are made of the space, and videos are taken (Yes, I am very precise)!
From there, we have a meeting to discuss all the details of the day, both big and small. From the color of your napkin, to the names of those making toasts, I learn it all!
Next, I create a custom timeline to suit the specific requirements for your wedding, taking into account logistics. We communicate with all service providers and distribute the timeline to all stakeholders. Collaboration between all vendors ensures all are in agreement and are cohesively working for one goal: to bring to life the wedding that you have designed and can't wait to enjoy!

Our couples do all the fun planning for their special day, but know that they will not be available to direct and execute their plans the DAY OF if they want to enjoy their wedding.
