WEDDING COORDINATION

You have planned your wedding, now someone needs to execute it! That's where I come in! After months of communication with my couples, I take over on the DAY OF so you can enjoy your day and not be succumbed by the many tasks that a wedding requires.

WHILE YOU are getting hair and makeup done and enjoying time with your loved ones, I am receiving vendors on your behalf, directing and managing your event setup!

WHILE YOU are taking getting ready photos with bridal party and/or taking photos during your first look, I am setting up personal items and communicating with vendors to ensure they are on track according to the timeline I created and you agreed upon, so that the day runs as desired.

WHILE YOU are enjoying your first dance, father daughter dance, the rest of the formalities, and everything in between, I am prepping for the next item on the timeline and ensuring you, as well as vendors, are prepared for what's next to come so you can be present.

When you don't have to manage the day yourself, you can live in the moment!

I am there to make sure your wedding goes as desired, and you as well as your family and bridal party can relax and relish the day!

You have planned a birthday bash, anniversary, Quinceanera, etc., but you need support the day of so you can be present and take part in the PARTAAYY...then, you indeed need a helping hand! I am here to support party throwers on these BIG momentous occasions so they can enjoy them!

You have planned your wedding to perfection. You have all your vendors in place but you are wondering, "who will set up for our guests?" If coordination services are secured with us, we can provide white glove service setup for your wedding! Our event staff can set up guest tables, chairs, linen, dinnerware, flatware, and glassware.

Robin met with us multiple times throughout the year to help map out our Wedding Day. These meetings were filled with questions and advice from someone who loves what she does. Robin worked tirelessly to ensure that our wedding went according to plan, and made sure we had backups for when problems eventually arise (and they will!) She worked directly with our vendors with ease, some of which were difficult to contact or handle. Which left us able to focus on each other and those who came to help us celebrate our love.
